Introduction

The EZgene^TM Mag-Bind Blood DNA Kit allows rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality genomic DNA from blood samples. The system combines the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of Mag-Bind magnetic particles with the time-proven efficiency of OBI’s blood DNA isolation system to provide a fast and convenient blood DNA isolation method. The magnetic particles technology provides high quality DNA that is suitable for direct use in most downstream applications, such as amplification and enzymatic reactions.

Storage and Stability

All EZgene^TM Mag-Bind Blood gDNA Kit components are guaranteed for at least 12 months from the date of purchase when stored as follows:

Reconstituted Protease K store at -20°C.
Protease K and RNaseA store at -20°C.
Mag-Bind Particles MBP store at -4°C.
All other materials at room temperature (22-25°C).
